Renewal Notification

We will send a renewal notice one month before your due date via email. This notice will include the details of your current package, renewal pricing, and payment instructions.

Payment & Confirmation

To continue your service, a renewal payment must be completed before the due date. Once payment is received, we will confirm the renewal and extend your service period accordingly.

Expiration

If payment is not made by the due date, your account will enter the expiration period. During this time, you'll have an opportunity to settle the balance and restore your services. It's important to act quickly to avoid any disruption to your website, emails, and other essential services.

• After the expiration date, services will be suspended until payment is made.
• If no payment is received within 45 days after suspension, your website, emails, and other services may be permanently removed.

Service Termination & Data Retrieval

If you choose not to renew, you may request data backup or migration assistance before service termination. Once the termination process is complete, all associated data will be removed from our servers.
